ROSE TATTOO Frontman Visits Australian Troops
December 28, 2005The Sydney Morning Herald is reporting that legendary ROSE TATTOO frontman Angry Anderson was one of the Australian entertainers who gave up time with their families to put on a Christmas show for Australian Defence Force personnel stationed with the Al Muthanna Task group at a base near the town of As Samawah in southern Iraq.
In an interview with the AAP (Australian Associated Press),Anderson said Australia's defense personnel should not be forgotten.
"It's a thing as a country we need to constantly be reminded of that they represent us as a nation around the world," he said.
"They are our sons and daughters and they're out here doing us proud."
